Gracefield boasts a wide variety of accommodation options for individuals, couples, families and groups of any size. Ideal for weekends away, extended vacations, club and church group retreats and even weddings!

Pets are now allowed in all rental facilities excluding White Pine Lodge. A $75 pet cleaning fee will be added for larger lodges (Beaver Lodge, the Cottage, Jolly Roger Units A and B).

Jolly Roger Unit-A (JRA)
This freshly renovated (2020) unit on a stunning lakefront location features a living room and dining area lined with windows and sliding glass doors just meters away from our gorgeous Lac Castor! It has a fully equipped kitchen and a three-piece bathroom. Sleeping space for six is available in its two bedrooms.(Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed & bunk bed)

Jolly Roger Unit-B (JRB)
JR unit B is a newly-renovated (2022) suite similar to unit A but suited for more people. The unit can sleep 11 people (Rooms 1, 3 & 4: single-over-double bunk bed, Room 2: queen bed and 2pc washroom). It features a large common arena with a natural wood fireplace, as well as a clear windowed panorama view of the lake. It contains a fully equipped Self-catering kitchen as well as Two 3pc wheelchair-accessible washrooms (public), one 3pc in the dormitory area. Bedrooms 1, 2, & 4 each have an exterior door to access the outdoors from within the room.

White Pine Lodge
White Pine Lodge is our main year-round facility. It contains 9 bedrooms, our dining hall, staff offices, infirmary, and lounge. The rooms have the capacity to host a group of 33 people, 6 of the 9 rooms contain 2 single beds plus 1 bunk bed (4 total), 2 rooms contain a single over double bunk bed (3 total), and the last room contains a queen bed and single bed (3 total). Our dining hall has a standing room capacity of 120 people with enough space to seat 90 comfortably. Pineview lounge/meeting room has 4 couches, a fireplace, a walkout patio, a library, board games, a TV, and a piano. No pets are allowed indoors

Beaver Lodge
The original Billings family cottage is the early 1900’s gem. The Lodge can accommodate 13 people (Room 1: Three single beds, Room 2: One double bed, Room 3: Three single beds, Room 4: One single bed and one double bed with a 2pc bath, Room 5: double bed and 4pc bath). There is a large fireplace in the living room for a cozy evening around the fire, and one 3pc-bath centrally located. It also contains a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Entire Lodge: $275/night (Peak & Off season)
The Cottage
(Formerly known as the Director’s Cottage or Manager’s Cottage) A rustic, secluded cottage ideal for gatherings of family and friends. The Cottage has a 3pc washroom, fully-equipped cottage kitchen, lounge/dining room with wood fireplace, two bedrooms, capacity for up to eight 8 people, a screened-in porch facing the water, and an outside firepit.

Woodland Cabins
These cabins are used for kids’ camps in the summer and can sleep up to 14 people. There are 3 bedrooms which have 2 bunk beds each (4 single beds), and the main room has one bunk bed (2 single beds). There is a community bathroom located in the center of the cabin area, as well as a communal fire pit. Please note there are no kitchens in the cabin.

Per the whole cabin: $80/night (Peak Season) – $70/night (Off-season)
Cabin Village
Five cabins complete with bunk beds, a deck, and Adirondack chairs. A covered dining shelter, two outdoor cooking stoves, and a firepit are shared between the cabins.
Cabins 1 & 3: 1 single-over-single bunk bed, 1 single-over-double bunk bed (sleeps 5) – $70/night (Peak Season), $56/night (Off-season)
Cabins 2, 4 & 5: 2 single-over-single bunk beds (sleeps 4) – $55/night on-peak, $44/night off-peak
Cabins can be booked individually, or in multiples up to five.
